SUSTAINING A LIFE: BODU BABU (A ONE LEGGED MAN)

Boddu Babu Rao, a young man, studying in 12th class, every day going to the school, thinking and hoping for a bright and shining future. His dreams shattered as one day while traveling by a local train, he lost his balance and fell down on railways tracks. For his ill fate he lost his one leg. He was admitted in a hospital. He was under medications for one year. He lost his leg and studies also. Meanwhile some good hearted people from the village came forward to help him in setting up a shop.

Unfortunately he took great loss in the business. Somehow he survived. In the course of time, he got married with Usha. They have two kids. Boddu Babu is now turned 38 and his wife 35 years old. Due to financial struggles they gave their kids to a children home for their proper education. Meanwhile 3 year back they came to faith. He found new life in Jesus and he is very happy in the Lord. Her wife joined as an sales women in a shop, but very soon that shop has been closed down and again they were struggling for their daily needs.

Boddu Babu sold his business for survival. Though every month he gets a pension of 500/- rupees but that is not enough for them. As we came in contact with him, he requested to Empower 4 Life and Share & Serve that if it helps him to set up a small shop his financial situation will get better.

At the moment on 14th of June we could help him with 25000/- rupees ($ 500 AUD) to start a grocery shop. By the end of this month he will open the shop. He conveyed his sincere thanks to the Empower 4 Life and Share & Serve for the generosity shown to him in helping him to survive in his odd situations.

Thank you very much for your prayers and supports. Every help you extend towards a needy person or a community is a great investment in Heaven and it is sustaining a life in this cruel and brutal world.
