Life before coming to faith
Thummalagunta Durga Devi Comes from a broken family. Her husband is Lorry Driver. Most of the days, he is away from the family. On another hand he is a heavy drunkard. Whatever money he earns he spends ion drinking and never gives enough money to his wife T Durga to meet the family expenses. Somehow she was meeting the needs of the family.
Her husband once came to the faith as he was healed from the sickness. Once her husband severely fall ill. They went to different doctors and visited different hospitals for the treatment but there was no healing coming to his way. His both the Kidneys were weak because of the heavy drinking.

Conversion Experience
In their difficult situation his wife found shelter in Church. She shared the situation of her husband and family situation to pastor Spurgeon. He started visiting their family and began to share the word of God to them. Meanwhile her husband was hospitalized and admitted into ICU. Ps Spurgeon regularly visited him in the hospital and kept praying for him. Back in the church also all the believers were praying for him and all the Sunday school kids were also praying for him for his faster healing.
Thanks are to the Lord who always performs miracles. Amazingly her husband got complete healing. He got discharged from hospital and came to the family and for few months kept coming to the church. His spend around 60,000/- rupees on his treatment.  She borrowed this money from one the known person. She was able to pay 40,000/- rupees back to the person. Still she is in debt of 20,000/- rupees. As a family they became the true followers Christ.

After coming to faith
After coming to the faith, for few months her husband kept coming to the church. As he got complete healing he again began to go for the Lorry driving. Again, most of the days of a month, he will be away from the family. Again he fell into heavy drinking habits. The family lost the peace and joy. Now he developed some psychological problems and bothers the family a lot. His wife and two daughters are praying earnestly for him that he may come back to Christ and live a life of devotion to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Learning the tailoring Skills
Thus living a peace less life without having money, depending much on the husband, she was in a difficult situation. In such a phase of the life S&S launched the free tailoring tuition center. Joined this Sharon tailoring center in Gunadala, Vijayawada. This 6 months course has become a boon for her, as she learned to stitch children’s cloths, blouse, baby frocks, woman’s petticoats, and cloths for small kids and all the modern dresses. Along with that she learned some handicraft works such as ladies mini vanity bags, decorative stars etc.

Her Vision and future plan
As she received her graduation and a free sewing machine she is very much optimistic about the future. She says with this sewing machine she can put up a small tailoring shop. Once the customers start to come in to the shop she can easily earn 150/- rupees per day. Once her get settles she will move to the city and start the shop there and she can earn more money. This tailoring skill is making her self-supportive and independent. The money which she will earn she can easily take care of the children and their studies and meet other expenses of the family.
She is very much thankful to the Share and Serve Charitable Trust Vijayawada for imparting the sewing skills, empowering her and giving her an independent personality in the society. Thank to the Lord and thanks to the share & Serve charitable Trust India.
Keep praying for Thummalagunta Durga dev, for he husband, for her family, her children and her shop. In heaven, you will never regret that you did it.
